You work in café in the capital of Germany. Learning the German words for "coffee" and "please" can't be so hard. Please make the effort.
By the way, lukewarm means "lauwarm", and sour means "sauer". And that's my review of the coffee I got.

The reviews regarding working there are misleading! No laptop is allowed on the tables. Impossible to work/study. It has a very nice atmosphere though.
Lovely place, great for working on your laptop with a dedicated spot for it and enough space for your things + your order. Good coffee and cakes, highly recommended!

Nice place, but NO wifi!
I can recommend for wonderful homemade cookies and great coffee. Not so suitable for working remotely for a longer period of time. While wifi was just fine make sure your device is fully charged for there is a lack of sockets (at least I could not find any).
The place is super cozy and clean. The staff was as well incredible friendly and polite. wifi connection was good so you study or work from there as well. The coffee was quite good! I would def come over again.
Pleasant cafe with nice seating options, tasty coffee, and a small record store with a considerably good selection! They do have wifi, but they do not allow laptops, so it isn't a very good place to get work done.

Nettes kleines Café, mit sehr leckerem Kaffee und Gebäck. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich. Eignet sich auch zum arbeiten.
Nette Menschen. Wirklich coole Musik mit einem großen Tisch fürs arbeiten mit laptop. Es machte Spaß hier leider nur kurz zu arbeiten und ich muss leider ich nur 3 Sterne geben, weil es enttäuschenderweise keine steckdosen gibt. Hätte das gegeben, wäre ich hier natürlich länger geblieben.
Lovely, cozy and small coffee shop. Spend here the full Thursday afternoon till evening here. Thanks to the free wifi, I could get some work done. Not sure, if it's official. But I feel like this place is also very LGBT+ friendly. Next time, I am in Berlin again, I will come by again.
