Service sometimes takes awhile, although it's definitely worth the wait. If you have a BCAA card, you can upgrade your drink size for no extra cost. However, when I took this picture there was no staff working.
i wanted to take a little snack and drink before i headed off to the library, i assumed this one lady was working as a trainee and it was understandable if you were still getting adjusted to the new work environment however, i saw one other staff member yell at the lady which made me quite uncomfortable order from here again. the drink i ordered tasted like water from the last two visits; i ordered the mochachillo. anyways i really dont think i'd come here again after those two visits.
This guy working there is not washing the blender out between customers and I asked him to and he started aggressively raising his voice telling me no and I told him Health canada requirements states he does ... he was fiting with me over it and I told him to wash it or I would report him ..if you saw the blender it looked like he hadn't washed it all day ...I will never return to this location again !!!! 😒
The wifi is better than the city supplies at the library and doesn't block SIP like the bell datavalet does so VoIP. apps like call blockers will still work I guess the library likes guests that are on the phone making noise inside because they won a free trip to the Bahamas. Call.blocking apps use sip or VoIP to track caller ID addresses some of the security at the library can be overly aggressive and hassle people because they gave bags and appear or actually are homeless like myself as I am working poor because I support 5 children and 2 adults with onky $900 a month due to legal issues arising from divorce and being a widowed dad a widower.
It’s a 11 yr old working and he is rude and won’t serve me I wouldn’t ever step close to this place not recommend
