Iced matcha latte made with soy and 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. The best matcha latte I've had in a while. Made on Thursday June 5th at around 12pm, so amazing.. thank you to the girl that was working that day 😌
Customer service was atrocious. Once I ordered my coffee the girl working took two more orders and served the people who came after me first. Her response was sorry I forgot. Ontop of that she was breathing all over my food and coffee NOT WEARING A MASK. This Is unacceptable to me as a customer service representative she should know better and now i will not return to this location. Also her attitude was poor and you could just tell she hates her job and her life which made my experience there HORRIBLE. The only positive thing was the coffee and she had nothing to do with it.
This place for a while now has been closing much earlier than advertised. I'm not sure whether the franchise owner wants to save money by not hiring enough employees or whether the employees are their family members, but they always seem to be closing at 7PM even when advertised for 9PM and only one person seems to be working around this shift. Blenz should look into this.

Worst latte I have had in a while. Ordered latte with oats milk and it tasted like oats milk diluted with water! The young girls working there really need to up their game. It used to be a gud place to get coffee. Not any more. Sadly
No plugs, 2-hour limit for wifi 😕
Went to this store today and there was this one lady working, she was talking on phone & did not greet or said hello nor did she gave attention and had phone on her ear for the whole time she was making coffee. So disappointed with their customer service.
