An die Barista Dame mit den brauen Haaren, wenn Sie keinen Lust auf ihren Job haben, sollten Sie vielleicht irgendwo anders arbeiten. Selten eine so unhöfliche Bedienung gehabt. Ich hab zwei Latte Macchiato bestellt, einen davon mit Hafermilch. Daraufhin bat ich die Dame einen der Becher zu markieren, damit sie nicht verwechselt werden. Darauf sagte sie mir schon mit einer lustlosen Art ich solle es selber machen. Als ich dann nach einem Stift fragte, sagte sie mir dann auf die selbe art, ich solle doch ihre Kollegin fragen, was ich auch tat. Als ich mir dann einen Becher zum markieren nahm (weil ich das ja selber machen sollte) nahm ich mir einen Becher und wollte ihn markieren. Daraufhin pöbelt mich die Dame an dass sie ja schon einen Becher genommen habe und schon mit dem Kaffee angefangen habe. Einen vollen Kaffeebecher zu markieren macht ja auch sehr viel Sinn. Außerdem kann man alles mit einem angemessen Ton klären, aber die Art und Weise wie Sie mit den Kunden sprechen und umgehen sollten sie nochmal überdenken.
Ein super Café im Herzen der Südstadt. Hier kann man gut verweilen. Es arbeiten ganz tolle Menschen dort. Die Atmosphäre hier ist super und inspirierend. Ein Ort an dem tolle Ideen entstehen und nette Gespräche geführt werden können. Auch, wenn es mal voller ist, hat das Personal eine Ruhe und Gelassenheit, die mir gut gefällt.
