Great food, normal prices, wifi. Everything you need.
Locale old old style però con possibilità di connessione wifi. Non saprei se consigliarlo...
A good place for typical soviet-style food. When I was there, they didn't happen to have cappuccino, but they did have coffee and milk. The price for lunch is extremely affordable. I had a plate of Buckwheat, some salad, and a cooked vegetable dish and that cost just €2.50. There was a little bit of a line, but the women working there were quite friendly.
Fresh and delicious pastries that your russian/estonian grandmother would make. The selection changes throughout the day because they bake all the time. Interiour hasn't changed over the years, so it still looks like from Soviet times, but I guess it makes it more authentic. Some people say that the service is rude, but you have to understand that this is normal in Estonian culture. They just do their job and probably have been working there for many years. It's not a touristic place, so they won't act like that.
