Amazing experience going to the Cat Cafe. Food and drink were great, all the people working there were really lovely and you can tell they enjoy working there. Plus all the cats were adorable so it's 5/5 all day long! Also they had wifi so the cafe is purr-fect if you want to bring your laptop to work in a great environment!
A cozy cafe in the center of Budapest, original interior, cute cats. However, the overall impression is spoiled by the dreadful service and incompetence of the waiter. It seems that the person is bored and disgusted by her work, she comes to the workplace just formally. The waitress did not communicate well in English, which is very strange for service in such a popular place among foreign tourists. She did not specify our order in full (just left, which is not supposed to be in the service of decent places), did not understand how much coffee we ordered (instead of one latte she brought two), and in the end did not want to admit her mistake, trying to make us look guilty. She mockingly handed the check, demanding payment for a drink we hadn't ordered and drank. I had to go to the administrator to restore justice. Our bill was recalculated, but an unpleasant impression of the cafe remained. Three points solely for the hilarious cats, which at least brightened up the mood of an ambiguous visit.

But wifi is so bad. I hope they fix this problem.
