Good place for working
Best place for enjoy a good coffee and do some work.
i expected better wifi but the food and drinks are nice
Cool place to work during breakfast or lunch!
wifi doesn't work, expensive, too commercial, loud.
Nice place with a lot of space and options for coffee and pastries. Could be good for work from laptop.
wifi always doesn’t work
Awesome environment to get somework done, wifi works like charm !
Poor service. wifi doesn’t work.
Nice cafe especially for studying or working. The staff was kind and the coffee was quite good.
I came here to do a bit of work on a Sunday afternoon. The Wi-Fi is unusable. I moved to the window so that I can get some cellular connection. The barista came over and said that I need to get away from the window. I had to leave. I am going to continue to look for a functional decent coffee place where I can chill and browse on a Sunday afternoon
Perfect place to work. Friendly staff and nice coffee. I highly recommend to visit this coffee lab.
Food a bit overpriced for what you get. wifi doesn’t work, it’s not reliable. Although the place has a cool vibe and the coffee tastes good.
Excellent place to work at an open cafe with delicious food and coffee. Mornings can get very busy, but it calms down at ~12. Very recommended.
Very spacious café and great coffee! It's a great place to get some work done!
Positives:
- Good coffee
- Good location
- Allows people to camp out with a laptop to work
Negatives:
- Total lack of urgency in the people working here. You open at 8am on weekdays presumably so people can get caffeinated / fed before starting work, making them then wait 30minutes for some scrambled eggs doesn't work. It's also bizarre because the staff to customer ratio on the morning I went in was about one to one, so what's everyone doing?
Add to that, got the order wrong and argued that 'that's what's on the ticket'. I know what I ordered, it's on you to listen especially after we confirmed what we were waiting on after following up on it.
- wifi doesn't connect so 'cafe to work from' point is negated
You can work with your laptop and have an excellent coffee. Digital nomads would love this place.
Pricey coffee and pastries but very nice quality. Great setting in an old arched building. Lots of laptop users work here it seems. We found local cafes serving coffee and pastel de nata for ~€2.50 which were just as tasty.
Nice place but terrible wifi- while it claims to be a laptop friendly café.
great spot with fast wifi, so its perfect to do some work.
When being a cafe to work and study, you have to say you do not have wifi before people order things, especially when you see them bringing out laptops.
wifi is very very weak. All beverages i had (coffee latte, Matcha latte, chai latte) are super sweet even though I didn't ask for sugar
i like the high arched ceilings and the (fake) green plants makes for nice ambience but the wifi is one bar and intermittent <2Mbps (0-15) which makes working here challenging. very hard to find an outlet to charge the laptop. looks to be a handful of digital nomads here but with the questionable wifi not sure it's the best option for remote work.
Coffee is ok, but it’s not a good place to work from. The internet is weak in most areas, and when I finally found a spot with good connection and started working, I was asked by the staff to move to a different table (while I was in the middle of a call). It’s hard for me to understand why that was a “no laptop table” while the tables right next to it were ok and used by other people to work.
I honestly think this is unacceptable for a place that claims to be work friendly. Even if there is a reason behind this policy, the staff could use a bit more common sense, given that I had a lot of luggage to drag with me to a “laptop allowed” table.
On top of that, we had to claim a missing food item from our order.
You are allowed to sit with a laptop only at a few tables in the dark back corner of the room. if you are positioning yourself as a place where you can drink coffee and work, then allow you to work where it is convenient for the guest to do so. and if you think that you are a coffee shop, then reduce the price of coffee and increase its quality.
Nice cool coffee shop with lots of space, good for laptops but for a avid coffee lover it was no good, very over extracted and very bitter. Wouldn't come here for the coffee again
Wonderful bread, pastries and coffee but music much too loud.
Full of signs which say no computer with people on laptops sitting next to them. Feels like a needless waste of signs and energy...
Great cafe. Amazing for coffee. They're fine with people working on laptops at select tables :)
