Sehr schön,lecker und angenehm. Man kann hier auch arbeiten mit dem Computer.
Wow. Was für ein nettes Konzept. Was für nette Menschen hier arbeiten. Hygge pur. Obwohl ich noch nicht in Cpnhgn war, habe ich jetzt Bock darauf. Habe aber auch selten so lange für einen Matcha-Latte angestanden, war aber auch zur Prime-Time am Feiertag, bin also selber Schuld. Die Einrichtung finde ich sehr stimmig.
Und was mich umgehauen hat, war, dass trotz der Wartezeit das Publikum auch nordisch gelassen und hygge war.
Der Kaffee und Backwaren sind OKEY aber trotz gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnises bin ich raus. Die Mitarbeiter haben kein Respekt gegenüber den Kunden, heute ist es mir schon zum zweiten mal passiert. Eine von Verkäuferinnen hat mich (als Kunde) angeschrieen, da ich nicht gewusst habe, wo man den Pieper hinlegen muss. Ich arbeite selber im Verkauf, aber kann es mir nicht leisten, die Kunden anzuschreien.
Freunde, dass könnt ihr besser! Style, Produkte up to date, auch die Trennung von Bestellung & Bezahlung kann man machen, dann müssen aber beide Prozesse doppelt so schnell sein.
Leider ist man völlig entnervt, wenn dann alles fertig ist. Siebträger ist zu weit von der Theke weg und die Mitarbeiter*innen laufen mehr als das sie arbeiten können.
Schade. Für das Team & die Produkte.

Grosser Laden mit chilliger Atmosphäre. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten von Stuhl bis Couch, tolle zentrale Lage. Aber der Cappuccino war zu kalt und zu bitter und das für 4 Euro. Auch die anderen Preise zu hoch. Mit dem Säubern der Tische kam das Personal nicht hinterher. Gutes freies wlan. Toiletten wurde bei Übernahme im alten Zustand gelassen. Luft nach oben
