Cute little place in middle of old town. Quiet and nice to grab a small sandwich and coffee in the morning. Plus, the place has free wifi.

Visited around 7:30 on 18/7/2023 and the only cashier serving was incredibly rude and cold. Not sure if it was our skin colour but she was fine with white customers and acknowledged them. After the cold service she didnât even have decency to reply to our âbyeâ as we left the place. Shouldnât be working in a customer facing role if this barista doesnât know the basics of customer service and is possibly racist. Would give 0 stars if there was option. Sort your sh1t out espresso house.
Products are as good as anywhere in Espresso House but employees and their service mentality vary. We had excellent service in EH VĂ€sterlĂ„nggatan on May 9th but the two girls working today May 10th in the morning were very rude and reluctant to serve in English. It would be recommended to have at least a little smile and say thank you đ If a customer asks politely to close the door because it is a chilly morning you do not say that the door stays as it is because employees are hot.
You can find this coffee brand almost every square meter :) I went there to remote working on my trip and they a seperation between working place and incoming area. Coffee and open wife services were good.
Cute little chain coffee shop. The staff working there, especially the boy who took our order, was very nice and helpful.
The hazelnut and chocolate cake is great and the tea tasted just as anywhere else. The staff could smile a bit more. Free wifi is a big bonus.
Worst service ever đ
3 people working behind the counter don't get any orders out. No cutlery and they couldn't fix any. Warm chocolate got forgotten...
Best place ever for a tourist! They have all you need for free: wifi, water and wc. Basically save my trip to CPH e Stockholm!
Ett trÄngt kafé med vÀrldens bÀsta lÀge för en förÀlder som Àr med sitt barn med manga som specialintresse. Medan barnet tillbringar timmar (bokstavligen) i Sci-Fi-bokhandeln mitt över VÀsterlÄnggatan kan man sitta med en stor mugg kaffe och ha uppsikt genom fönstret pÄ Espresso House. Fri wifi och kontaktuttag under bordet. PERFEKT!
