Family Bakery & Restaurant in Luang Prabang is a unique café that arose from a special collaboration between NK SEEDS and Pinkeo's family, who warmly welcomed Melissa into their household. This partnership started in 2018 when Melissa arrived in Nong Khiaw, filled with commitment for her people. The welcoming hospitality and support she received, combined with their shared ambition to achieve something positive for the community, led to the establishment of the restaurant. After the original Family Bakery in Nong Khiaw had to close due to the pandemic, it was reborn in 2022 in Luang Prabang, Pinkeo's hometown. The café offers a warm and family-friendly environment with both vegetarian and vegan options, embodying not just a place for culinary delight but also for community and support. Its mission is to further promote and expand the initiatives of NK SEEDS.
