Great place to come with a laptop
I like this place. Good to study and work on your laptop, lots of power outlets. But please don't come because I want to find seats. Also they have filter coffee which is a huge win!
Nice cafe near Barbican. They have wifi so some people use their laptops for work or study
Excellent espresso, fun pastries, eclectic soundtrack, lovely staff. Equally great whether you go with a friend, a book or a laptop.
Great coffee shop. Nice comfy sofas and some nice small tables you can put a laptop on. Some sandwiches and cakes. Decent tea. Opens lateish for a coffee shop. Nice friendly place to meet up with friends.(Two seat loo!)
Good coffee, but nearly impossible to get a seat because of all people hunkering down with their laptop all day.
Very quiet place perfect for bringing your laptop or reading on the couches.
I had the quinoa feta beetroot salad with hazelnuts (my go to 😅) and it was delicious.
Staff is very friendly too!
Great place for a coffee but hard to get work done as very noisy
Fix is good. Lovey location and they were great all the way through lockdown. Coffee and cakes are nice. But the sandwiches are a bit weird. Good place to get some work
Enjoy this place for work/ catch up with friends. Was introduced to this cafe by a friend who often goes here to read a book and relax. Highly recommend, and I’ll be here again
Lovely coffee and a great setting to work.
Perfect atmosphere to work or just hang out sipping a delicious cappuccino. The staff is super nice too.
Good coffee shop but the wifi is hard to reach
Really nice coffee shop to work from: it has a very nice atmosphere, multiple charging plug and free wifi. Bonus, a lot of comfy seats.
Downsides:
1) the wifi code expires every hour, so you have to log back with a new code everytime
2) the main door has some type of defect and it doesn't close properly... So the place is actually as cold and windy as being outside!
Good coffee, good service, good wifi, and my favourite thing, its open til 7pm!!!!! Bring on more late evening coffee shops
Nice cafe with really good coffee. It’s always tricky to find a table to sit down on as it seems every customer is only there to use their laptops for hours on end.
A laptop friendly coffee shop. A bit shabby and the coffee tasted burnt and acidic like many other "hipster" coffees around Old St and Hackney. wifi and toilet have a code you need to ask your barista.
Fashionable coffee in a New York loft style location, on the edge of the market. Always has a few people with laptops working in the corner, no doubt enjoying the good coffee. The single espresso is bold and strong, served in a tiny thimble-like glass. I really quite like it that way! Staff seem friendly, and there are magazines to read if you are hanging around on your own, or comfy sofas to chat with a friend. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
Great coffeeshop for work!
Amazing place. Staff is also amazing. Cozy place to have a conversation or work
Ideal to work (quiet, many plugs all around, tables and comfy couches) or to just have a nice coffee. Also, the staff is super nice and I have 2 examples for that! 1. I accidentally spilled my drink and they not only cleaned immediately but also offered to do my drink again for me 2. an old lady got anxious while waiting for someone and they offered her comfort and food. Only one suggestion, I would add more food
Good cup of iced latte & cafe to work for a couple of hours - just a note that wifi resets every hour
Had a tasty matcha latte 🍵 and an almond croissant. 🥐 A really nice café to get some work done too. 👩💻
Really comfy couches to do some work on tbh and really friendly staff just one con which is that wifi runs out after an hour by you can keep asking for the new code when it does :)
