Went here to work remotely. Plenty of people working from their laptop, strong wifi and power outlets.

Scrambled egg was also the best scrambled egg I’ve ever had and focaccia was also really good.

The place has a very nice cosy atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive with unique food options not available anywhere else. The whole staff is welcoming, especially Ewa who helped me choose and recommended their signature matcha drink and special porridge that were delicious! Also amazing working/studying spot in Kraków. Highly recommended :)

Great place for all occasions: breakfast, brunch, lunch, chat with friends, remote working... Stylish but not over your face stylish interiors, great croissants and sweets, hearty breakfast menu, prompt service. Coffee is good but not super ( probably standard medium roasted central American beans). It is a great place to spend an hour though, with a very variegated clientele.

I love this place with all my heart, it has incredibly tasty and quite cheap buns and coffee compared to other places in Krakow, one of my favourites is also orange juice. You can study, work or meet friends there, they have wifi, spots for charging, large variety of seating options where you can sit at tables or on a sofa or in individual soft chairs. There is very nice and fast service even when there are a lot of people. You can also notice their own merch with mugs and shoppers, and the fact that they are located at the hotel, which is quite convenient too when you travel. I feel so lucky to know this place and to show it to everyone💕

Just went there today, food was good but the service could be nicer, cashier were with no smile on her face .. It is really nice cafe for working or studying I guess

Pastries, bread and coffee are really good. Meals are decent. Prices are bit higher than average. They also have special places for those working on laptops. Toilet is a quest to find. Would give 4 stars, but giving 5 because of great interior and overall atmosphere.

You'll be greeted with an outrageously spacious interior. There is a variety of seating from individual tables, work tables, couches, and comfy chairs. There is free and fast wifi and a great ambiance. Additional plus, the bathrooms, although about a minute walk away, are spotless. Are you sold yet? Well then let me tell you about the food! There is a good mix of small bites as well as good portioned meals. I went a total of three times, and one of those happened to be pizza day (I think it was Wednesday) And guess what they even have good pizza! Awesome staff, blah blah blah, if you're thinking of going, you probably should.

Problem z tym miejsce jest taki, że przychodzą tam studenci z laptopami, którzy zamawiają kawę i siedzą godzinami, korzystając z darmowego wifi. A Ty jako gość hotelu chcąc zjeść śniadanie nie masz gdzie usiąść i musisz zamawiać na wynos za co jeszcze doliczają dodatkową opłatę.

The interior definitely gives you a thrill you when you enter..therefore if you enjoy beautiful interiors you will definitely have the time of esthetic
satisfaction during your stay and MAK. Would definitely recommend it to people who are self-employed and are looking for a cozy places with comfortable community tables where they could work with their laptops or just generally for somebody who needs some time with a laptop to work/study:)
Also incredibly amount of books/journals/catalogs that you could go through if that smth you enjoy while having your meal of the day.
When it comes to food You are a lucky one if you like to sleep longer because breakfast is served all day which is definitely a +
Food and coffee was good overall,from drinks could definitely recommend an orange and grapefruit fresh squeezed juice.
Staff could be a little bit more friendlier and with a better attitude to customers..but we know that everyone can have a bad day:)
Also maybe more bussers on busy days could be helpful.
Other that that definitely swing by MAK for a coffee,totally worth a visit.

Awesome venue for coming to work. laptop friendly with wireless phone charging, a large communal desk and power outlets built into it. Lots of tasty things to order on the menu, I had one of their almond croissants, they warm it up for you before serving it, delicious! Plenty of comfortable seating available and a decent open wifi network to tap into. #BeatTheGrind

Finally time to leave a review for this spot! I re-visited with a group of friends during a Sunday stroll for a short break, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! You can enjoy some really nice drinks and snacks here, all in a comfortable setting with an even better seating arrangement. Despite being in a super central location, the atmosphere really remains very calm and peaceful, making it a perfect escape from the Kazimierz's hustle. I also come here from time to time with my laptop to get some work done, and it’s an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet, inviting space. Great job, team!

One of the top places in Kraków. Shakshouka is the best in town. Perfect for short work on a laptop, coffee breaks and desserts. Definitely worth checking in

One of my favorite brunch places and sometimes co-working space. For years they've been consistent with the quality of the food and service which makes it sit at the top of my recommendation list.

Keep in mind that this caffee is part of a hotel so you'll have to "compete" for a table with their guests.

Nice space to work from, just not to drink coffee. The café is nice, bright and spacious; lots of people there working or studying during the day.

The coffee could be better... I ordered a flat white, the coffee beans were dark roasted and the milk was not steamed properly. There aren't any filter coffee options, only espresso based drinks. The cinnamon roll was tasty though.

Bright and sunny spot to work on your laptop. Super fast internet. Great food and welcoming atmosphere.

Często tu bywam bo miejsce jest fantastyczne, z klimatem i dobrym jedzeniem. Niestety ostatnio klimatyzacja jest nastawiona na bardzo niskie temperatury. Pytania i prośby do obsługi kelnerskiej zbywane są niczym. I już dwa razy na mój laptop wylała się woda z... sufitu. Nietypowe rozwiązanie, ujście nadmiaru wody z klimatyzacji znajduje się nad stołem z kontaktami... Z żalem, bo to moja ulubiona kawiarnia, ale przestanę odwiedzać to miejsce.

Po pewnym czasie wróciłem, działa jak trzeba, zmieniam opinię :-)

One of the best cafes I’ve been in Europe! So comfy, friendly and helpful staff, great food and I could work here with my laptop without any issues. The location is handy too.
