Miau Cafe

We visited the café on Monday morning (06/10) and had a great experience—the two young women working were so kind and welcoming. Because of that, we came back later the same day around 5:30 PM with our teenage daughters (we’re traveling from out of the country).

Unfortunately, the staff member working in the evening was very rude to us for no reason. Even though we were ordering one drink at a time and following every rule, she spoke to us harshly and repeated the rules over and over. After we sat down with our drinks and continued to be respectful—quiet, following guidelines, not touching the cats—she came back and dropped extra copies of the rules on our table while laughing.

It was disappointing to be treated that way, especially after such a positive visit earlier in the day.

What a wonderful cafe! I've been to many cat cafes in Asia, but the only other one I've visited in Europe was in Iceland. This location is delightful! The area with cats is large and spacious. It is beautifully decorated and there soft pleasant music in the background. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The cake was one of the best I've had in Warsaw. When I asked if they had Chai lattes, the staff kindly made one despite it not being on the menu. The two ladies working there were so friendly and nice! :D The cats are lovely and playful as well. I had a fun visit and am looking forward to going back again. I highly recommend this cafe!

The best place in Warsaw. Really good coffee, friendly stuff and super adorable cats. Recommend to come here in the mornings on working days, so whole cat's attention would be yours. They are friendly and would come to sleep on your laps. The cafe itself is very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍💖

I love the new location! To all reading this, it is upmost important that you respect the cats and their space. They are all lovely and independent, also very sleepy. The atmosphere is peaceful and healing. I met an employee, Alicja, she is so kind and very hard working! When things got busy, she made sure that everyone’s orders were recieved and everything is clean. She told me a little about the cats before it got busy, she is so nice and this is just a lovely place to have some delicious coffee or tea. I will be back! I love you all 🐾😻

This wonderful cafe serves delicious cakes and pastries, coffees and teas while supporting and promoting adoptable cats. The cats are extremely well-behaved, and the employees are kind and helpful! Visit Miau Cafe today! Very convenient location in Mokotów, directly at Wierzbno Metro! Rent a table for working or grab coffee, tea, and pastries to go! Children welcome! Come visit the kitties!!

Miejsce dobre do wyciszenia się, przytulne, z miłą atmosferą w towarzystwie kotów. Na wielką atencję kotów nie należy jednak liczyć, choć czasem wejdą na fotel czy stolik i dadzą się pogłaskać albo pobawić (EDIT 2018: pojawiły się kociaki, które chętnie się bawią!). Bardzo dobra kawa, różne ziarna do wyboru parzone alternatywnymi metodami. W "kociej sali" nie ma rezerwacji, obowiązuje kolejka aż zwolni się stolik. Zakaz wstępu dzieci traktuję jako plus, mimo że dla rodzin z dziećmi jest kontrowersyjny. Dzięki ograniczeniom wiekowym w kociej sali jest spokojnie i koty nie muszą zmagać się z czasem zbyt natarczywą dziecięcą ciekawością. wifi jest ok, gniazdka gdzieniegdzie są, więc i przy laptopie da się popracować.
