Coffee & Drinks
The heart of Paragone By Roasters is its expertly crafted coffee: Only 100% Arabica specialty-grade beans are used, certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). There is a wide variety of brewing methods including V60, which delivers a delicate and sophisticated cup, and Cold Brew, produced using the Cold Drip method for a sweet, full-bodied experience. Beans are freshly medium roasted, often single origin or single estate, generally grown above 1000 meters. Quality is paramount at every stage—from sourcing and roasting to preparation—ensuring each cup is rich in aroma and distinctive in flavor, reflecting the highest standards of the specialty coffee world.
