I went there at 8 AM and told them if I can stay here for one hour for an online meeting at a table for 3 outside and they said yes. After 30minutes, when it began to be a bit more crowded, the one worker came outside and told me I have to move because the table was booked and he gave me a tiny table next to it which was not protected from the rain (I was in the middle of the meeting with my laptop!). I asked the people who sat at my previous table if they booked and they said no. When I asked this worker later, he just said "So what, you meeting went well, have a good day" and he turned around and ignored me. That was very rude.
Very good coffee and sandwiches. They also have fresh juice. The place is cosy and not very crowded so you can spend some time working on your computer or reading your book.
The nicest people working on the city. I got so well served that at some point I got scared for what I would have to pay for a place like this. It was normal prices, just amazing people working here. Really recommend it
Unacceptable service. It is true that Denmark is not necessarily a service oriented country but this place has by far exceeded our worst imagination. If you want to charge for overpriced breakfast, you should make sure to give sthg in exchange and service should be one of them.
We booked 4 people for breakfast on Sunday at 10 AM. We ordered 4 basic breakfasts and croissants and coffees beforehand. Only after taking our order and bringing the food, she informed us that the coffee machine is not working. Of course faithful to the danish tradition, this announcement was made with a careless smile never with an apology.
After 15 minutes, the coffee machine was up and running again, but the waitress didn’t care to even inform us about this relevant development. - although she was serving other people coffee
As for orders : I ordered the simple breakfast with extra jam. When receiving my order, the waitress informed me that there was no jam. I asked if she could give me some honey instead to which she responds “ no we don’t have.” Looking at their menu, you will notice that they ofc have honey used for oatmeal etc, but the waitress didn’t think this was worth the effort. Only when I insisted is when they made it happen! Are you supposed to insist to get basic food ?
Ofc course the waitress also messed up our order in many other ways: We asked for buns but but got rye bread. We had to remind her about the croissant order of our friend - the simplest order of all - twice.
What a shame and a rip off. Avoid this place.
Only went once, coffee was pretty average. The place is nice and wifi was good, it may have been a once off but never went back.
Para tomar café con algún dulce, bien, hay wifi, y los precios caros como en todo Copenhague.
