Starbucks Coffee Company

10 minutes. That's how long it was, yet none of the working baristas asked me how I could help them. I timed it myself. Not even a second of eye contact.

Could I have spoken up first to ask about an order? Sure. That's what many people do. But I'm the better person and understand they are busy, which is why I waited. And waited. (Also worth noting that they talked to another person who arrived later next to me and helped them).

If this is their definition of customer service, I'm out. Hope no one else has the same experience that I did.

Probably one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a while from the best customer service (to the two lovely humans working this morning) and coffee. Thanks!

Free refills when you hang out :) Everyone is kind and thoughtful even when they are slammed. The atmosphere is great. Music is at a reasonable level to work on my laptop and have conversations. It's busy but no fights for seating. Temperature is always nice even when it's not outside. Lastly, the Pikes Place was on POINT today *chefs kiss*.

Spent some time here working during the mid-morning. Quite a few locals chatting with a few of the staff. The atmosphere felt more relaxed than other Starbuck's.
