Shoutout to the barista working tonight! Absolutely amazing service and so personable. I was off to work and she made my night!
Love this place, great staff, centrally located and looks like the heart of the mall. Enjoy walking shoppers walking by, and the wifi is quite stable and fast, too.
The line up was soooooo long and only 3 people were working. One person taking orders, one person working the espresso machines and one person running around for tea and cookies and things to be heated, etc. It took soooooo long to get a simple cup of coffee. That place needs to be staffed better.
The blonde female working there was the most disrespectful Starbucks partner I have ever encountered. As a previous shift supervisor I was appalled at the treatment I received. I will be calling head office to inform them of the mistreatment. I would give zero stars if I could. Never going there again.

This location is often slow which I don't necessarily mind, but today there were a bunch of young girls "working". They were eating and drinking while behind the counter. None of them were moving very fast, they were chatting with partners who were on the break (also eating and drinking behind the counter). No one opened a second til when the line got longer behind me, no one called the line to help get things moving. I left the line up because they were frustrating to watch.
