I had a terrible experience at this location today. After waiting for almost 20 minutes for my order, I asked about the status, only to be told that my drink had been made but someone else had taken it. The staff member, Kiran, was extremely rude and showed no apology. I had to wait even longer, but her attitude and facial expressions remained unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s unacceptable for someone with such poor customer service skills to be working at a place like this. I hope management does something about it.
Amazing & overwhelming restaurant, Starbucks, in King George Station, provides food items with superior quality supplying different items of coffee, drawing an irresistible attraction of the buyers, in an welcoming atmosphere with good facilities of wifi.
