Mókuska Kaffeerösterei is Stuttgart's first pure specialty coffee roastery, founded in 2014 to bring the city's long-awaited third-wave coffee movement to life. The café emphasizes transparency and direct trade, maintaining close communication with coffee producers and partners. At the heart of Mókuska is a passion for high-quality, artisanally roasted coffee, purchased exclusively through direct and transparent channels. The roastery provides detailed information on the sourcing and pricing of green coffees, reflecting their commitment to openness. The ambiance warmly welcomes coffee enthusiasts to experience both Arabica and Canephora specialty varieties. Besides serving coffee, Mókuska engages the community with barista trainings and events, offering insights into the rich world of specialty coffee. The café is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00 (closed Sundays). Mókuska stands for quality, passion, and a strong connection to the origins and people behind their coffee.

work from Mokuska kann ich nur empfehlen. Leckerer Flat White & Quittenschorle. Anzumerken ist, dass die Bedienung ein unfassbares Wissen rund um Kaffee besitzt!
My favorite café in Stuttgart, the coffee is good quality and baked good are delicious. Also, it is a good place to work remotely or just chill :)
Super Kaffee um zu arbeiten. Zudem schmeckt der Kaffee noch fantastisch.

Süßes Café mit sehr leckeren Kaffeebohnen, die man dort auch kaufen kann. Haben für den Sommer auch Cold Brew, Iced Latte etc. und ein paar Tische draußen. Außerdem gibt es neben Croissants etc. auch ein vegan belegtes Panini oder vegetarisches Sauerteigbrötchen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen auch mal um einen halben Tag hier zu arbeiten. ☕️
Sieht echt nett aus, die Arbeiter sind auch voll nice, aber das war ja wohl die schlechteste heiße Schokolade, die ich seit langem hatte. Das war ja nur ein halber Löffel Kakao und der Rest Milchschaum:(
