Really cozy vibes. Great place to read a book or work.
Hidden away in a cute alley there is Tenement: a cool place away from the busy Hanoi streets. Service is great and coffee tastes amazing. Fast wifi if you need it, but better to go there to chill and enjoy the relaxed vibes instead of working ;-)

Amazing coffee! Walk around the building to the backside. Follow signs for TENEMENT. Must try the Salty Coffee. They have wifi too.
