The Espressonist Coffee Company Bulgaria

Two stars, and here is why:

- They make you buy a plastic bottle of water along with any and every order, regardless of whether you need a plastic bottle of water. You may not opt out of that.

- They do not have the means to heat your sandwich and look at you funny when you ask for that.

- They do not offer coffee in porcelain cups. Even if you sit in, they can only offer you disposable cups, because they do not want to wash cups.

- One time I was there in the morning, and I was the only one there. I had noice-cancelling headphones on and was working on my laptop. They had the music so loud, that it was piercing through my noice-cancelling headphones and I could still hear it loudly. I asked them to turn it down. The response was “Let me get this straight. You want me to turn the music down? *looks at me funny*”. I say “yes please”. He goes away and does not turn the music down.

- They opt for single-use plastic items for everything possible.

It’s a shame because the venue is stylish and has a nice atmosphere and design inside, and the coffee is good.

But that is all quickly ruined by the choices they make and their attitude towards clients.

Great food and very nice employees. They have wifi too
