Black lady working on 1 dec at 10:25 didnt say hi or hello and was really rude. No customer service at all and was rolling her eyes. Management need to train her better.
This location can get busy. I always mobile order and the people working the mobile order section are friendly. Sometimes it can get really busy as this location is near the skytrain and in the middle of KG hub. Every so often you come across some homeless or drug users inside and outside the venue. The manager, I think, does her best to make sure they aren't sleeping inside at one of the tables.

I love the service here. They know me so well and thats a big thing for customer service when you know your returning customers. Also debbie is such a great lady. She really does pay attention and she knows how to deliver from our food to customer service. Such a hard working people also around. They can handle a line very well.
Wow! I haven't had a pleasant visit to a Tim Hortons in ages. You can see all the team members working at an incredible pace. Never saw a big line even though it's a really busy location next to the King George Skytrain station. These are the teams that definitely deserve a recognition or reward.
Ordered an English muffin, sausage scrambled eggs, a pair of timbits, toasted marshmallow cold brew and an orange juice and got everything in less than 5 min.

i've had some not super good experience after 10pm. wait time is longer and sometimes service is not good, like staff is chatting instead of working. they start cleaning grill at 10pm, so a lot of food options won't be available but the app doesn't reflect it. they also close part of the store at 10pm and start mopping, so floor is sometimes wet and slippery and staff would mop under my seat as soon as i sat down instead of waiting for me to leave.
This Tim Hortons is super busy most of the time but all the employees working here are so hardworking especially Debbie is super friendly and every time I come here she seems happy to serve customers with a beautiful smile.

The staff here are EXTREMELY hard working. They deal with a lot of stuff given their location and how busy they get. They are always doing their best, even when I've had issues in the past they always fix them on the spot.
I've seen the way customers talk to the staff here and even berate them at times for things out of their control (like prices or eco fees) and they handle it gracefully everytime. Please if you are a customer be kind and patient, these workers deal with a ton of stuff everyday while on their feet, they are all very nice and do their best. I've never had faster service at any other Tim Hortons before.
Management should be paying attention to the leadership skills some of the team shows at this location, I've even wanted to offer them a job because I see how hard they work.
Advice to all upcoming customers please check your order before receiving, today they made a sandwich for me and add bacon in it, I didn’t eat bacon in my life, but they made me eat bacon even I specifically mention no meats, and when I return order and staff told me “ no need to be rude we will change your order” even i didn’t say anything, so please mindful because we can not request their staff anything since they already know everything. Anything happen it’s not their staff mistake it’s always customers mistake, I am sharing my experience because I think working at restaurants or customer service or even working anywhere people should have some politeness in their behaviour, personally I will advise management mistakes happen but please if they can add some good behaviour in their staff it will be helpful for them only, because saying please or thanks never hurt anyone,.
Its a 4 star for service but 0 for food, ordered a drink which wasn't served right for 3 times in a row and then a worker poured syrup in the cup in front of my eyes that was dead thick ( rotten ) and hopefully there was a good guy working who prepared me a new one.(with the same syrup though) be careful guys
As of now This location was the cleanest store I’ve visited so far. Washroom and dining area and working station too as it is in a plain view from dining. workers is like a hurricane when moving quick service. I ask if who’s their team leader/manager and it was Vivian. Kudos to your team Vivian. Cheers
