Spacious, and good vibes to work or chill
It’s true, coffee works.
Always great coffee here. On weekdays you'll find people working on their laptops and such. Friendly staff.
Friendly place to do remote work. It’s quite spacious and cozy with nice people.
Nice atmosphere, many seats available, and great staff. If you are looking for a place to read or work, this spot’s not a bad choice. Unfortunately, coffee was a bit disappointing as it tasted weak.
This is a great place to have a coffee and work, they have free wifi and space for your laptop.
Their coffee is great, I had the Drip coffee and you could tell they had Ethiopian beans in there.
First cafe I’ve ever been to WITHOUT wifi. They ask you to use the wifi from the Starbucks across the street…which forces people to huddle together near the window to catch a signal.
No wifi? Unfortunately that is still a key element of any coffee shop. Otherwise you are a coffee stand, not a coffeeshop. Hoping your wifi comes back soon so I can fully experience your shop.
Decent coffee and biscuit, but why is there no wifi???
The Wi-Fi only support 5 GHz and does not support 2.4 GHz which means some laptops will not be able to aced the wifi internet.
This is my neighborhood coffee shop that I have visited on countless occasions. However, today I desperately needed a place to work with free wifi for paying guests which has never been an issue in the past. However, today I was met with snarky service and when I asked about wifi (where they could clearly see my laptop was set up) a staff member told me “we don’t have wifi” and walked away before I could respond. Everyone around me was clearly on their wifi or some sort of hotspot. Disappointed in their service lately, no more warm fuzzy feelings here.
Great location, very comfortable coffee shop in heart of ballard, unfortunately currently doesn't provide wifi access point. Weekday it wasn't so busy.
Sweet place to sit for a few hours, before Covid they were open quite late. The coffee is phenomenal! I would sit and work on something or watch a movie in my laptop (with headphones) for a few hours on Tuesday nights. Very good wifi, lots of outlets.
There is a semi-private glass enclosed room as well with a long table that you'll often see a group of college kids sitting and working at together. You can't call to schedule the room though, the phone automatically goes to a very long recording.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable about coffee and would give me recommendations when I tried to go outside of my comfort zone.
During Covid I did call and order ahead to run in and grab a drink to kind of show my support. It was a difficult process but they were always super happy about it.
After Covid the hours were different. I know coffee shops around the country have significantly changed their hours since after Covid. I miss it, but I understand.
Nice place with plenty of seating. Pretty good coffee, but no wifi and had to use credit card.✌️
