The brand Brown Coffe is sure one of the best breakfast in Cambodia along the street, except sure the hotel.

Best coffee shop environment I’ve seen in Phnom Penh. Excellent place to hang out or work with beautiful food as well.
If you plan to do some works on your laptop and need power sockets, it might be challenging to work here. I hardly found a socket, other than that, all are fine.
