I found Lagrace last time visiting Phnom Penh from my home in Siem Reap. Welcomed warmly and I love the smiles and greetings even behind masks. This is a nice place to stop. Why go? Nice location by the museum and not far from riverside. Coffee good! wifi is nice. Service friendly.
