Decent coffee and food options in a nice setting . Pretty affordable too. Lots of plugs and wifi for working. Was pretty tasty.
Great hidden gem right next to the Russian Market. We ate repeatedly here. Bacon and egg bap for $3! Perfect breakfast. Coffee is also delicious, and your guaranteed wifi in this calm, cool oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh.
